Anybody else having choppiness with the 8800 series? My framerate is extremely jumpy, anywhere from 70FPS to 19FPS. And even at 70FPS the game doesn't feel smooth on my machine. When the shooting starts my framerate drops. My settings are on everything at the highest, 1280 x 1024, 4xAA and 16xAF.

I can't even get past the 30fps cap and it's locked at 30fps ALL the time on my system.
1280x1024 everything maxed in game 4xAA/16xAF.

it seems like most of the posts in which people are complaining about tactics is because they're simply impatient with the learning curve. The limitations criticized are unfounded, and I say that through personal experience. Once some kind of compendium is released that details the the different gameplay elements, tactics, and techniques, I think people will be blown away by the depth of the game. :)

I downloaded it an installed it. The mouse cursor automatically goes to the top of the screen, and continues to do so. Uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing, what's the deal?

do you have any extra controllers plugged in besides the mouse?

My thoughts exactly.

When I first played the demo I was just running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Had no idea what player role did what, and inturn was let down by the game. But after playing it a few more times, and getting a feel for what charctor does what. I started to enjoy this game more and more. Once you start to learn the power of the different roles for each team, you will appericate the game a whole lot more.
