When stating load temps, always define what you call load because running some odd application that says 100% CPU usage is no longer good when there's 4 cores to feed.
Secondly, 53/57C just can't be the core temps of each core under load at 3.6GHz. Hell that can't even be your overall CPU temp as reported by the CPU diode in the center of the S775 package if you're really stressing each of the four cores using Orthos, Prime95, WPrime or what not.
