for pullups i do sets of
10, 8, then 6
right after each set i then take a bit smaller than shoulder width grip palms facing forward and do a set of 10 reps squeezing my back (like trying to touch my shoulder blades together), my arms bend slightly but i don't pull myself all the way up...
