PSA: Amazon has the worst run forums on the internet

Cisco's Meraki "support" forums are even worse. They require moderator approval for new topics, and it looks like the moderators stopped accepting new ones months ago.
 
Well this is no surprise. On my Amazon Kindle, it had a great service where you click an app and it connects you to a video support person, free.

I wondered how long until they killed that, like they killed the 'free app a day'. Tried to use it today, and there's a message, the service ended June 5.

Too many general nutters complaining about nothing and dick shots contacting them rando, so no surprise there. I am surprised it lasted ...however long you claim it lasted?

It started in 2013.
The free apps started a couple years before that, IIRC.
