You must remember, if you decide to play the Xbox online, you cannot use a modchip on your xbox, as it'll become blacklisted and you won't be able to log on!
Look for the Ninja Gaiden screenshots. That's more than enough to say I'm happy with my purchase of a XBOX. Sega GT 2002, MotoGP, Ghost Recon, and NHL 2K3 are sweet.

Did you not know that Halo is coming out for the PC sometime next year? Of cource, Halo 2 is coming out for the XBox around the same time.

Splinter Cell = AMAZING. Can't stop playing this game. Best graphics ever.
Mech Assault = Just plain good old destructive fun online. And there is NO lag with XBox live.
NFL 2k3 = Great to play on XBox live.
Deathrow = Great sports/action title. Some don't like it but most do. Great fun with a lot of drunk friends
Steel Batallion = Only for hardcore mech players. But if you are one there isn't a better title on any gaming platform, including PC.

, etc.)personally i cant stand MS and bill gates and how theyve managed to accumulate so much cash....but after owning an xbox you have to admit, MS did an excellent job - anyone who sits there and bashes it is likely another one of those ps2 kiddies who refuses to believe there is anything better out there.

You can't compare the two systems, its almost impossible. Its like comparing a Ford to a Chevy. Some people worship their Fords, others their Chevy's. Its an argument that can't be won. What is important is that you enjoy your console. It doesn't matter how powerful a system is, if you don't enjoy yourself then it means nothing. Take Counter-Strike for example. I know loads of people who love game and play all the time. I on the otherhand don't like it. Just because I don't like it doesn't make it inferior or sh-t. I like play Baseball games, others hate it. Does that mean baseball games suck? No because its fun to me and that is all that matters. WHAT IS FUN TO YOU...

XBox has it's share of good games, and I'll get one eventually, but at present I can't afford both, and PS2 is taking priority because from my perspective it's got better games.

Legally retarded? what the hell are you talking about...? i am sure you are aware of the fact that the xbox team had to redesign their controller after a lackluster response overseas, since they were too big...

I'll be the one to break it to you... The original XBox controller was designed to fit in the larger hands of North-Americans (as opposed to Asians who, on average have smaller hands). The S-Controller was then designed for the overseas market.
Without wanting to start a flamewar, I find that the PS2 controller is a little too small to my liking (I've got big hands)... Despite the time to market advantage they have over the XBox, Sony has yet to release an enlarged version of their controller AFAIK

I can't decide whether or not to get up tommorow, go to WalMart, and get the Xbox deal or not. I already have a PS2, and this will be for my dorm so I can have both, but I can't decide whether it is worth $200. I hate making decisions :disgust:...
