I've been watching the YouTuber 'Vegan Gains' and he's very persuasive.
Although he needs anger management, he's constantly raging. 😆

I couldn't eat normal food for like 10 years due to health reasons. Among other things, I've tried:
1. Omnivore
2. Gluten-free
3. Dairy-free
4. Corn-free (that was an awful 2 years, America is MADE of corn lol)
5. Vegetarian, pescetarian, etc.
6. Vegan, gluten-free vegan, raw vegan
7. Fruitarian (BEST I've ever felt, but $$$)
8. Carnivore
9. Keto
10. Paleo
11. Whole30
12. Sugar-free
13. Low-carb
14. Long-term water fasting
15. Liquid meal replacement (Soylent etc.)
16. OMAD (One Meal A Day)
17. Six meals a day
Notes:
1. They all work fine.
2. You don't need a TON of protein to be healthy: "Experts recommend a daily intake of at least 0.36 grams of protein per pound of body weight (0.8 grams per kg). That’s 43 grams per day for someone weighing 120 pounds, 54 grams daily if you weigh 150 pounds and 72 grams per day if you weigh 200 pounds."
3. The latest science says that you can safely eat up to 400g of protein a day if you have healthy kidneys There's just not much benefit to it beyond a certain point.
4. I prefer 1g protein per pound of bodyweight (if you have no health issues). Sometimes I eat higher than that depending on my exercise levels (I don't like exercise lol).
5. The best I've ever felt is on a fruitarian diet. I learned about FRESH Medjool dates, persimmons, cotton candy grapes, Sumo Citrus mandarins, etc. To do it right tho, you need to include stuff like nuts & seeds. Also, it is INSANELY EXPENSIVE lol.
6. The best exercise performance I've ever gotten was on Brendan Brazier's "Thrive" raw vegan performance diet. If you are serious about trying vegan stuff, get this book!
7. If you are interested in getting in shape, read through this thread about "how big can you get naturally?"
