If you have a dog, I suggest getting them protein bars and see how it likes it.

Just be sure that it's not chocolate because dogs are allergic to chocolate.

We had dogs when I was a kid. We fed them what we ate. No issues. Obviously no chicken bones or fish bones. They all died of old age.

Dogs will look at the protein bar then stare at you.

I have quora blocked from my search results cause it's such a garbage site. I'm gonna need something more authoritative than that.

Alot of people don't understand the difference between protein bars and granola bars, many times when I mention protein bars people think I'm talking about granola bars which only have about 6g of protein, the average protein bar has 20g of protein.

Protein bars are made of protein powder, it's basically chewy protein powder.

Why not both?

I just found out they discontinued Zone Perfect protein bars, their chocolate chip cookie dough was one of my preferred hiking snacks.

I like how op advocates for protein bar while he visits Japanese grill house and eat expensive ramen.

Sometimes I want to eat something that's "hot".

Edit: Usually I try to eat a protein bar first so I won't be so hungry then eat something that's hot second.
