SI isn't going to be sued, they didn't write the article. Besides, the list of people publically accusing Bonds of taking steroids is rather large. If Bonds was going to sue he would already have quite a long list of defendants to choose from.

BALCO tracked Bonds' usage with doping calendars and folders -- detailing drugs, quantities, intervals and Bonds' testosterone levels -- that wound up in the hands of federal agents upon their Sept. 3, 2003 raid of the Burlingame, Calif., business.

While there are no video tapes it sounds to me like there is plenty of proof.

yah, considering the title of the link from CNN used the words 'proof'. It sounds like they have admissions, daily regimens, accomplices....pretty thurough stuff.
