Get a free image editing software like I think GIMP is... Still good software.

You could probably get Photoshop Elements for cheap (which is still pretty good for photo editing) or an older version of Photoshop for cheap.

Paint.NET is fairly similar to Photoshop. Doesn't have as much functionality but for basic photo manipulation, it's useful. I've been using it more often than PS because it loads fast and works well when all I need is an image resize or something.
