No matter what one says, if you don't immediately PROVE you are on their team you are the enemy.

I've seen this with feminists: who somehow think "female" is an evil word...
I've seen this with Christians: who somehow think "forgiveness" is an evil word...
I've seen this with Atheists: who somehow think "evil" is an evil word...

Anyone else experiencing this?

I agree that blaming any one individual for acts that are perfectly natural outcomes of social-systems we allow to be perpetuated is an error. Further, pointing to the individual absolves us of the fact that we are all part of the perpetuation of said system.

Also, I was told "turn down the pretentiousness" repeatedly recently, so in sum:

I agree, pretending we're not part of letting evil thrive is the real evil.

Based on observation I would have to say there is no doubt chaotic evil in the world.

However I also do believe there's a lot more going on around here then meets the eye and that some of whats going on does not wish us well. Call it what you will I would say "evil" works.

The difference between me and many folks is that I'm not arrogant enough to tell you that I know for sure when I don't. (neither does anyone else)

Here, i got something for you to post on reddit. Do what you will with it! Have some fun, i only condone this if they are thumping, or other wise being insulting. I made a christian friend who called me a devil worshiper go fucking mute for like a week with this link. He kept on thumping away, then BOOM it was like a week before he spoke to me again. He stopped his thumping.


Edit: they hate knowledge tossed in their face, with what i believe i need to have knowledge as a weapon against those people!

Excellent link! I knew that and I have had to use something like that against my Republican family who believes that if your not Republican you cannot possibly be a Christian!!

Name an "Evil" that isn't done by Men or just part of the Natural World.

It is not Arrogant to refuse to believe in unsubstantiated assertions. "The Devil made me do it" is an excuse, not an explanation.

The tricky part there is "natural world" ... that covers an awful lot of ground. Pretty much all of it in fact including every single thing done by people. (and everything else that exists for that matter)

And its absolutely arrogant to claim you 100% know something that you actually don't. Especially if you then proceed to try convincing others.

Anyway I'll pass on the rest of Philosophy 101 for tonight thanks. 😉
