Some of these guys are straight. They do do it for the money, believe it or not. It does do a trip on their head though. Once you are filmed and you quit the biz, it is really hard convincing others that you are indeed straight.

Whether it is perceived as "acceptable" has nothing to do with whether they are gay or not.

Being gay refers to a desire for the same sex. The guy who is married with kids who has never been with a man, but dreams of Brad Pitt every night is GAY even if he never follows through with his desires. The guy who is forced into gay sex in prison is not suddenly gay.

It doesn't matter whether or not it is "acceptable" for a women to go down on a women in porn vs. a guy go down on a guy...neither of those actions make the person gay. A personal desire to do the act (not motivated by other factors...just pure lust) is what makes them gay.

And in the end...who really cares. They can be gay or not gay for all I care...as long as the straight sex scenes are convincing enough...I'll watch them.
