Checking CNN, can't find anything on it. Links anyone?

See the big read banner accross the top of the page that says "Breaking News".

It's in that.

"Power outages reported in Northeast, including New York City, and other cities including Cleveland, Ohio, and Detroit, Michigan. Details soon."

How informative...

It just happened. I wouldn't expect a 1000 word article on it.

I would. It didn't mention anything about the grid being ungridded...

Parts of Toledo, Ohio now

I am from Toledo. In Columbus, OH now. Maybe the MSBlast virus hit the power companies.

Hmmn I never thought about that.

Possible explosion on 14th street, where is that?

What part of Ontario are you in Pepsi? I mean more specific than just southern.

You can report live on TV, i'm sure they don't have someone sitting there adding words every millisecond for the website.

Could be anything, not necessarily a terrorist attack. If it is terrorists I suspect either this isn't all of the attack or they aren't anybody we should really worry about. While knocking out power to a huge area like that is impressive it's not really as effective a means to cause terror, i.e. the very root of terrorism. My guess would be one of the main grids had some sort of accidental incident; never underestimate the power of stupid people to f%$# things up.
