Any fucking Democrat who is going to suggest that the Democrats continue to go more right is a fucking idiot. They don't belong in the party.

Especially those who fought against Biden dropping out like he said he was. Especially those fucking morons.

You helped give this to us. You helped give us this loss and I will never forgive you fuckers for this shit.

I don't get why every time the centrist project fails the answer is always to try the same again but a bit further to the right.

Corbyn's loss in 2019 here is constantly cited as an example of how the left lose (despite the fact he got more votes than Starmer did when he won), yet some how centre-right types can lose again-and-again-and-again and it's never their fault.

Who cares? The party is dead. Or at least will be relevant for another 12 years.

Can you provide me with any evidence that the 2024 electorate wanted a more liberal candidate?
I think the pro palestinian coalition would have bothered to vote for a D candidate if they were more outspoken than israel. I had a terrible gut feeling when they axed the palestinian speaker at the DNC that they totally ignored the demands of that faction. Would that have made the difference in some of the swing states? michigan?

So to be clear you think people who supported Palestine did not vote for Harris and instead supported the person affirmatively in favor of Palestinian genocide?

I didn't say a liberal candidate; that's all we have had for decades from the DNC. I said one more to the left. I still remember the fit you threw when I told you how much inflation at the grocery store was raping the working class and all I heard was greatest economy ever. And low and behold the DNC managed to lose to one of the worst and most hated candidates we have ever seen for a second time because of inflation and because voters hate the DNC political machine. This moving to the right shit didn't work in 2024, it didn't work in 2016, and its questionable whether it really did in 2020 either considering Biden didn't exactly mop the floor with an incredibly weak incumbent.

exactly. this guy will never learn.

campaigning left does not mean radical left, but then again these folks thought Biden was the absolute best thing the Dems could have done in 2024, even when we had a chance at a primary. And they are doubling down. These people are fucking mental midgets.

So - to the right or to the left.

That guy still believes Schumer's crap about how its ok to lose working class voters because they will get two repbulican voters from the suburbs for each scrub working class one they lose. Fucking limousine liberals.

FDR was pretty fucking successful running genuinely from the left
For a better recent example. Mr. Fucking Obama himself.

And yes, limousine liberal is the best way to describe that dipshit. His exact way of thinking cost us this election cycle, and he wants to double down. It's an illness.
