I am currently with ATT on their TDMA network in Los Angeles.

440 anytime minutes
Unlimited night and weekend
39.99

I have a crappy Nokia 3360, which I paid about 50 bucks for when it came out.

I'm currently unhappy with ATT and am planning to move to Verizon. I'm still trying to decide which plan and phone to get. I'm really liking the LG vx6000, but 150 bucks for a cell phone is a lot.

I'm curious to know ATOT's plans and phones...maybe I can get a better scope of what is the norm. Post away!

verizon, 300 anytime, unlimited nights and weekends, and 1000 mobile to mobile (verizon to verizon of course.)

currently using a motorola v60i. i wanna get rid of this phone - it's a good phone, but i want a color one. MAYBE the LG one, we'll see. my contract is up around thanksgiving, so i'll be looking for a new phone around then... maybe i'll go hit up the asian stores again. :D the phone cost me only 50 bucks at the time.

verizon did send me a thing in the mail to get 400 anytime mins at the same rate, but that required signing a new contract, so i passed. I don't even use 100 mins a month right now.

T-Mobile
Los Angeles Area

Get More Plan
600 Anytime Minutes
$39.99 per/mo
Unlimited Weekends & Nights
No Roaming Fees
No Long Distance

Samsung SGH-S105 (Cost $70 out the door - $50MIR)

Tmobile is decent, no dropped calls yet. Bad reception in certain areas but normal places I go theres 4 - 5 bars of reception. Thinking about getting TZone so I can use the net while I'm at work (No comps hooked up to the net at work)

Can anybody hit up the asian stores...or do you have to be asian? What's the difference between dealing with an independent store instead of the actual verizon wireless store?

Like nationalities think alike. Those asians hook each other up y0z! Think of it as telepathic bargaining. They already know they are going to get a good price so why bother. I'm half asian so statistically, my asiansess can only work half the time and thus my hot deals are somewhat harder to come by.

I have at&t gsm... I pay $38/month for 650 anytime minutes and unlimited night and weekends starting at 9pm. At&T gsm is really good in the bay area... i've had it for a couple months and it's gotten a lot better recently.

There's some good asian cell phone stores in san francisco, near Ocean Beach. The have the same prices for cell phone plans, but they usually have better phones and they include accessories for free.

I got my phone from an asian store and got a good deal but then again I'm asian as well so may of had something to do with the deal I got but thats not always the case. I had a friend of mine who's Hispanic and he went to this asian phone store that so many of my friends recommended and he got a great deal there. I guess if they're desperate to make a sale they'll give anyone a hook up.

SprintPCS

500 anytime minutes, 3000 nights & weekends starting at 8pm, and unlimited PCS-to-PCS.

Using Sanyo 8100 phone. Paying $35/month + addon $10/month for unlimited Vision. So, total $45/month.

AT&T 200 anytime unlimited N&W and free longdistance and roaming anywhere on the AT&T network.
Siemens S56, best phone ever!!! I paid $90 shipped when it first came out, never looked back :) I started with the C56 and the S56 is tons better! just no faceplates :( S56

I pay $30.81 every month after taxes and everything. Its a business line so I can cancel anytime w/o any fees or anything, which is nice. I can also change my plan whenever I want in case I need more minutes or whatever.

I just switched from T-mobile 69.99 family plan to AT&T.
2 Lines 600 anytime, 1000 mobile to mobile, unlimited nights and weekends comes out to 59.99(39.99+19.99 for additional line). I get some discount cuz I work at the UW don't know how much per month.

I picked up 2 Nokia 6800 for 29.99 each out the door. No rebates no turning in my old phone. 1 year contract.

I got the deal since the UW has some sort of deal with AT&T.

In Seattle, WA btw.
