Extreemly good cheese doesn't need meat. There is nothing better then a fresh mozzerrlia/dried tomato sandwich on fresh foccatia bread.

Awesome Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms:

Ingredients:
1 tub "Cajun Crab Dip" from your local supermarket
1 container mushrooms
1 bag Parmesan Cheese
Paprika

Instructions:
1.) Pull the stems out of the bottom of the mushrooms, leaving the "cap" of the mushroom as a little bowl
2.) Fill mushroom caps with Cajun Crab Dip (heap it on there)
3.) Sprinkle cheese and a bit of paprika on top
4.) Bake at 350 on cookie sheet until the cheese is melted and browning

I can't describe to you how good these are, and indistinguishable from "real" crab stuffed mushrooms. They'll think you slaved making the filling, when its just dip from the store. The cheese and paprika really make it look gourmet.

Highly recommended to impress a girl or group as an appetizer.

Boil Macaroni until tender
Drain water
Add milk
Add cheese powder
Add red chili powder as you see fit
Stir the concoction

There you have it....a spicy Mac & Cheese plate (once finished a whole box by myself)

Chili ala' evadman

Buy can of cheap chilli. The stuff from Costco rocks.
Put in bowl, and heat
add 1/4 to 1/3 cup corn
add 1/4 to 1/3 cup green peas
add 1/2 of a hot dog. If you have $, then use smoked sausage. Must be fully cooked
Simmer for 10 minutes, stiring often to prevent burning
Remove frolm heat and add chili powder & your favote hot spice.

Eat. Serves 2 with another course, or one person full dinner.

Anubis or someone!

How do you make a delicious hearty (not too salty, sweet or spicy) tomato bisque soup?

my moms version:

boil the chicken, pull apart into bite size pieces, mix it all together, then top it with some stove top stuffing. serve with mashed potatoes.

edit: bake it just the same.

Stupidly Easy Queso:

1 can Cheeze Whiz
1/2 jar of Pace Picante Sauce (medium)

Take top off Cheese Whiz. Put in microwave for 1 minute. If it starts to boil over, take it out of the microwave.
Pour into bowl and chop up the half solid/half liquid cheez like substance.
Add picante sause.
Back into the nuker for a minute.
Stir and serve with corn chips.
Yummy!

Tonight I am going to make the Hawaiian speciality called
Loco Moco:

1. Fry some SPAM
2. Boil some rice
3. Put rice in bottom of small (1 portion bowl)
4. Put SPAM on top
5. Top off with a fried egg, sunny side up.

I think there is supposed to be gravy with it too.
Pretty good and cheap too. Try it next time you visit Hawaii.

Can lavagirl confirm this plz?

Blasphemy! You forgot the garlic! Needs at *least* 3-4 cloves.

My mother-in-law makes something she calls "pepper bellies" (WTF that means, I don't know) that consists of Fritos corn chips dumped on a plate with heated canned chili spooned on top. If it's a really fancy meal, it has some shredded cheddar cheese on top. *shudder* The sodium content alone makes me queasy.
