BEST BEAN DIP IN THE WORLD

2 Cans fat free refried beans
1 can Black Beans
3 Cups cheddar cheese
half of a white onion chopped.
1 jar medium pace picante

PUT ALL IN BIG POT, Heat until bubbling good and cheese is melted. Serve with your favorite chips and watch yourself get addicted.

You can ad some chicken or beef if you want, but I never do. This is very healthy and tasty.

Use the leftovers with torillas and make breakfast burritos with sausage.

i make fried rice (i use regular white rice... im chinese), and basically i use the same ingredients

try adding the egg raw while you are almost done with frying the rice (when you have the ingredients mixed with rice), flip the rice a couple of times to cook the egg.

now you have some really good-smelling rice. like my mom said you kinda "lost" the eggs but hell it's well worth it if you ask me!

Bring a couple of quarts of water to a roiling boil.
Cut six potatos into cubes about 3/4 in.
Dump potatos into boiling water.
Boil them until they are done (still firm in the middle). If you overcook them, no matter.
Drain and rinse with COLD water. Let sit until water stops dripping.
Slice 3 sticks of celery, a few pickles, a quarter of an onion into small pieces.
Add to potatos.
Add Mayo and a large dollop of Plochman's Mustard.
Mix thoroughly.
Place in refrige to chill.

Enjoy's Allen's World Famous Potato Salad!!
:D
It's been a hit at every pot luck I've brought it to.

with all do respect, no on the lemon sir. the acid from the lemon will precook the steak or atleast the outside of it. If i am in a rush or want more flavor, i just use pappy's seasoning or some garlic and herb seasoning. I never use lemon on steaks, especially if its a nice ribeye; they have a lot of flavor already and are good if cooked to med-rare.

I am more of a dry rub person when it comes to flavoring steaks.

You can use some worchestershire for when you eat it, if you like.

1. Core out a tomato from the top so you have a tomato bowl with some flesh left inside. Put in a bit of butter, some garlic, some vegetable seasoning and then jam in as much mozzarella cheese as you can (feta can be added on top for flavour). Put under broiler until cheese browns.

2. Make shish kebabs using cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, shallots and PEACHES (it's really good). Put all members in a bowl and let sit in a solution of honey + lemon + pepper for an hour or so. Put the stuff on a stick, add fire until done.

Take some big portobello mushrooms
Soak/coat them a bit with your favorite oil of choice
Toss them on the bbq grill tops down
Take them off once darkened, or you smell them
Place on a nice sesame-seed bun with a slice of your favorite cheese
Extra toppings like lettuce, ketchup if you'd like

One of the few veggie meals I can tolerate. Beats a soy burger by a longshot.

Eggplant parm is also also pretty easy to make

Skin & cut into about 1 inch slices
soak the slices in cold water as to lessen any oil they might soak up later
dip slices into an egg/breadcrumb mixture of choice
fry slices in about half an inch of oil till golden
let slices settle in dish & dry out a bit
place slices in a baking dish & cover sparingly with some mozz. & your favorite pasta sauce
Bake till cheese is slightly brown

:D
