OK...I think I have got an idea how this thing ticks....

I tried

9x300 w/ 133divider for 400ddr cas 2 (stable speeds)

3417

then I tried

8x325 w/ 133 divider for 2600mhz but running 433ddr speeds cas 2 ( not prime stable)

3316

Note the thing here is that at 2646mhz (8x294) w/ 133 divider for 392ddr cas 2 I only got a 3291....

So here the added memory speed and fsb which probably translated into higher HTT 3x325 = 975 vs 3x294 or 882...both were cas 2,3,3,6 timings

then I tried

8x337 w/ 133 divider for 2700mhz but had to run at cas 2.5 for 448ddr or it wouldn't post...stable to run benches but not superpi or prime

3431

Interestng thing to note here I didn't gain the jump 2600mhz with higher ddr did versus 2646 with lower ram...likely do to cas timings....

So I think 1:1 ratio high ddr system with good clocks will get good scores. Problem is the boost gained for high ddr starts to get a bit lost with lower cas timings it requires...pretty much what we see in real world apps and what I have been saying all along...

Looking at my 3d scores versus dragonflies it appears the 3rd test may be a bit more vid card related while the first 2 seem in line with cpu speed....

Notice how I am very high on ninja1 and then each test tails off a bit....Obviously if you have seen the test 1 of 3D it is the one that seems the most like a cpu test. It is actually noticeably faster then Mark's system last night with the 64bit winxp (dual opteron but the bench is obviously not smp aware).....

I think if you look at score even with barton overall cpu score goes pretty much down the line of overall clock speed....In 3d I think the test are abit more memory speed and timing sensitive. I think test 3 and possibly 4 can be influenced a bit by one vid cards. Owners of high end 6800's and x800 see if your test 3 is higher then your test 1....

Dont put too much stock into that as this is an AMD cpu test......

Oh I see, Dragonfire gets a higher score with his mobile but I need to provide a screenshot?;)

Check your email it's a bmp and photobucket compressed it so much the pic in the link I tried was way to small to see.

This is with the computer I just got for Christmas last night. I haven't had much time to tweak it but I think the score is outstanding for the video card I'm using. I'm actually surprised.

3474 NBench-3

AMD 64 3200+ (OC to 2500) - 166 divider
Zalman 7000B
1GB Corsair 3200 XMS XL DDR400 running at 208 w/ 1T 2,2,2,5 timing.
ATI Radeon 9800 Pro

This chip and ram just flat out rock.

It is comfirmed the 3-4 test of the 3d portion ar evid related and can help raise the scores...the test 1 which I thought was more cpu dominated appears right since I beat LikeLinus's score there....and ofcourse I am higher cpu overall....

I wonder what a 6600gT will do on my 2700mhz....when I can run 1:1 with some gskills

Yeah but if you check my score, I'm beating people with 6800GT's with 2.4ghz 300+. I don't really understand why my vid is scoring so high. I looked at a few 6800gt post and my card is smoking them and its a 9800 pro! I've re-run the test 3-4 times and I score 3463-3474 everytime. Not sure what the deal is.

I don't know how to post pics, but heres my score after 2 runs:
CPU Overall: 2708
3D Overall: 3856
Overall: 3282

AMD 64 3000+ @ 2.43GHz
MSI K8N Neo2
512x2 Geil DDR500 @ 270MHz 1T 3-4-4-7
EVGA 6800GT @ 410MHz/1.08GHz
Antec 1080 Case w/ TruePower 430w

I tried it again w/ 4xaa/8xaf but the scores didnt change a whole lot, like 30 points. kinda funky.
lol that benchmark looks like a big acid trip :D

I almost hit 3500! I hit 3498 this morning. I've been doing a little bit of tweaking. I'm sure if I O/C'd my video card I could go over 3500. I still need to try and find my perfect cpu/mem OC though.

Um... ok... so like.. um... what are your actual fps benchies at 1600x1200 in the popular games (if you are a gamer btw) as these is all absolute rubbish and means nothing. I mean like um.. how does your system perform when you are actually using it ? rofl.
