Ok I saved the file this time, my display is diff on both rigs than what you guys are showing.

but the text file seems to be in line with reality.
the 3200+ clawhammer is :
N-Bench Score 2848 Marks

on the 3000+ Newcastle on a 2nd pass after a restart is:
N-Bench Score 2587 Marks

the 3336 # is the 3D overall..my bad for the confusion

Megatomic what is your cpu overall score ?

<CPU Overall>
N-Bench Score 2360 Marks for my 3200+ CH

The scores are all starting to fall into place and clockspeed seems to translate very well in this benchmark. Polygons&textures are wimpy too. BTW, will this/can this be made to run on Intel?

Megatomic with your cpu at 2.219Ghz you get 2993 overall, and I get 3094 with 2.197 GHz, then the amount ram, or the chipset makes the diff as you have the better video card.

could you post your text file ?

Well, not bad for my first home built PC:

N-Bench Score 2383 Marks
FPS Average 62.49 FPS

A64 3000+, Crucial 512MB PC3200, no overclocking, a Radeon 9550, and I haven't rebooted today.

Ninja 1 hit 2936

Just squeezed out a 3491 overall. CPU was 3036, 3D was 3947. Memory speed doesn't seem to have a big effect, as mine is only running @ 189, though 2-2-2-10 / 1T.

Edit: 3512 after cheating (shutting down unecessary services) :p

nope!!! i was over at Marks house and I ran those test...It only sees one cpu when the program pops up....IN the 64bit environment we had 64bit ati drivers but we did not have updated 64bit drivers for the mobo and chipset...

Hee, hee...

My work PC with a P4 2.4 Ghz., 256MB RAM, and Intel Integrated Graphics scored a 990. 3D score was 535. Pretty much what I expected. I knew my new home build was much nicer (and cheaper).

It's an AMD test... I don't know how much credance I'd give it. Like Bapco from intel;)

2683 score on the following:

AXP 35w 2400+ @ 2.26ghz (216x10.5)
1x512MB Geil PC3200 @ DDR433
eVGA 6800 softmodded @ 350/850
Epox 8RDA3i nf2-400 ultra motherboard

The demos are kind of neat.

*Edit*
I wonder if my score would have been higher if I didn't have 4xAA and 8xAF forced in my control panel, but I assume that it won't matter much since it's a CPU test, and that the video portion won't weigh heavily.
