I'm currently enjoying the wonders of an ACT 2600 in my car. I once got stuck in a jam coming back from Flushing... good thing I work out my calves as part of strength training! My bro and dad are scared to drive my car since the pedal is so heavy, personally I think it just takes some getting used to.

yes, it is auto. My parents also drive the car, since there are 3 of us, and 2 cars. It woulda been cool if it was stick, but, hell, it was free to me, so why should I be sad about it? It kicks the ass of most cars stock AND with automatic gearbox....hey, i'm not complaining

Everyone already knows what I drive, but I am currently trying to work out a deal to purchase a beauty just like this. 😀

This time around the engine swap will not be a Corvair flat six but a Hipo flat four from Gene Berg Enterprises.
I was originally thinking about stuffing a Porche flat six in her until I checked the prices of such a swap :Q

Too bad one of these wouldn't fit 😉

slikmunks: If you're ever in NW Ohio I know of some very nice sports car roads and we can see how our cars (or, more likely, our driving abilities) compare on a winding one-lane road. 😀

will be going to the track soon... prob'ly california speedway for the 1/4 and maybe the streets of willow? for track times.... but i need to practice and stuff first... hehehe, never actually BEEN to a track, i just practice on the twisties near where i live... (ok, i know, it's not the safest thing, but at 2am, there aren't any other cars or people around...)... oh, and the company that ported my engine is going to dyno my car as soon as i get this minor exhaust leak fixed 😀
