I'm going to have to agree with Rudy.

The officers serving the indictment should have had it live streamed. I'd also say that a clown on stilts was in order. Hell, have the clown bring in a birthday cake.

And of course, once Rudy was served, roll out a banner wishing him a happy birthday, and congratulations on being served.

I'd say that'd be doing it stylishly enough.
 
Which really does nothing because they're not going to seize or attach assets or evict him.

He just keeps on keepin' on, just like Jones and the Orange guy.

Yes and no. This is unfortunately yet again another example of the rich and famous gaming the legal system. Rudy was protected from his creditors for approximately eight months, during which time he spent the bankruptcy assets and income like a drunken sailor while he essentially refused and failed to comply with bankruptcy law and mandatory practices and disclosures. And it is highly unlikely he will ever suffer any consequences for his behavior-conduct which would subject an ordinary person to bankruptcy fraud criminal charges-which the feds ordinarily pursue vigorously.

Also Florida is neck and neck in competition with Texas for laws protecting deadbeats. Odds are his creditors will never be able to touch his FL condo regardless of how much equity he has in it.

OTOH a highly motivated legal team is going to do the best they can to stripe him of as much of his assets and future income as they can.

This was a default situation-Rudy didn't bother to oppose the disbarment proceedings. One would think it could have moved faster.

It could be fraudulent conveyance, which is when you give stuff to friends or family members in an attempt to avoid paying a creditor. Giuliani's son claims they were a gift like 6 years ago but that's contradicted by Rudy's own previous filings, expert lawyer that he is.

I'm no lawyer but my guess is that the court tells him to fuck off and turn them over as most property is not protected from seizure other than your home and your car (and sometimes not even them). I guess we'll see!
