Short answer-No. This is a civil case. In addition each state has exemption laws that prevent seizing certain assets (ironically FL and TX are probably the most protective of deadbeats). Thing to keep your eyes on-whether the trial judge stays enforcement of the judgment while the case is on appeal (that is usually the case).

Even his lawyers are suing Rudy for six figure unpaid bills. The plaintiffs are facing many more years of legal efforts to try and actually squeeze some money out of Rudy.

Heck if I collected every judgment I obtained while actively practicing my net worth would approach typical Anandtech levels.

On the positive side, Rudy slandered the plaintiffs several more times since the verdict was entered, so they can sue him again if they wish.
 
For Rudy and Trump this is just political games but for these people their lives were ruined and their safety jeopardized. I'm glad the justice system caught up to Rudy for this, hopefully it's a lesson learned for others that consider such actions.

Meanwhile the lives of these two women are ruined. They can’t live in their house, they can’t find work. Time after time POC get the short end of the criminal justice system while connected white people skirt punishment

Remember Ken Paxton? That asshole has been criminally indicted for 7 years and has yet to sniff the inside of a courtroom.

Remember Kalief Browder? He was accused of stealing a backpack and spent 2 years in Rikers Island solitary confinement. He wound up killing himself after released

Remember Crystal Mason? Sentenced to 5 years in prison for making a single vote she thought was allowed

Meanwhile no real justice for Ruby Freeman and Shea Moss. I hate this country sometimes.

I have reasonable confidence Trump will be found guilty by Jack Smith and or Fani Willis. I also have reasonable confidence he will never see the inside of a prison. Why? This is America and he is a connected white man.

Paxton has now been indicted for 8.5 years. Supposedly a trial is set for next year.
 
148 million is way out of bounds for this. No doubt they were slandered as far as the legal system goes, but you can't get blood out of a turnip. He don't have the money and we don't have a debtors prison system.
