Explain to me why it is taking advantage of a teenager when the teenager is willing to do it. Not saying it is right to do it or not but you can't call it "adults taking advantage of a teenager.".
		
 
		
	 
No offense, but teenagers may not be mature enough to make an informed decision.  It's the same philosophy behind the legal definition of "minors."  So, an adult 
should realize that a teenager who appears to give consent may not be making a sound decision.  Because sex has potential serious psychological and physical consequences, the adult has to refrain from proceeding.
