POLL: Would you have "relations" with teens if it wasn't illegal?

I've always wondered this.. If state laws permitted it and consent was not an issue, would you consider having sex with a 15/16 year old?

Edit: to be clear I'm not talking about having a long term relationship with someone younger.. My question is would you have sex with a minor if it was legal-one night stand or not...

No. I couldn't even bring myself to have "relations" with an 18 yr old (when I was 21). She just seemed too naive, and that damn conscience intervened. ;)

Edit: Also, she wasn't that hot. ;)

Hhaha... That's the first option.. My deeper thought here is whether our morals are based on law or if our laws are based on morals.. Sure, some issues are clear cut: murder is wrong.. But if we did not have pre-existing laws that said that a 20 year old can't have sex with a 16 year... Well, I wonder if the poll results would be different.... Before you judge my gf's only a few months younger than me ;)

I probably wouldn't even date someone who's not older than 21 right now (I'm 23).

No, what's the point?
I'd never get that hung up where it got to the point where I'd want to be with someone that I had nothing in common with. Maybe if I was 19 but certainly not now. Intelligence, personality, sense of humor, open-mindedness, these are the traits of the person that I want to spend my time with.

Saying that, there are some friggin' hot high schoolers that I see waiting at their bus stops on my way to work. If we are talking just one-night stands then heck yeah, sign me up!

I don't think so. The Kitten Lobby is pretty damn strong on Capitol Hill these days......

I can't see carrying on any kind of meaningful relationship with someone that young, for obvious reasons, but if it's just physical sex, why not? Provided, of course, both parties were willing and there was no "exploitation" of any kind going on.

i think the popularity of the "tours" in asia is pretty much proof that a lot of men will do teen agers if it's legal.

Oh, man...

I don't think I would... it would be against my morals to get freaky with a kid that was still in high school. You have to be 18+ to get into this party. :p
