No, I don't get offended by much of anything. If anything does offend me, I leave/change the channel/ignore it.

Sometimes I think I'm the only one.

No, it's a word, and unless it is directed at me, I take no offense. However, if it is directed towards me in the same way that another racial slur is directed at someone else, it has the same connotation, and thus I am obliged to feel offended.

I prefer soda crackers but my wife likes Ritz ones. Also the Chicken in a Biscuit ones are good too.

Very few things offend me. Ethnic/racials slurs I really don't care about at all.

well first I'm asian so it doesn't offend me, but at least where I live, there are very few racial slurs that offend people when not directed at them. First of course is the N word. I'm not sure if they're actually offended by this or if it's the cause of society's influence, but just the mention of the word and they go ballistic when they really have no justification for doing so. The derogatory term for those of a hispanic/mexican descent is the real only word that is viewed as bad where I live. The various words for offending asians (ch1nk, g00k, jap, etc.) don't work at all. I mean it's been used as a joke so much around me that I really don't care. Hell, I even make jokes using the term. No one means it to be derogatory and it's better to just make humor out of it.

On the other hand, if someone uses a racial slur at you, regardless of race, with the intent to offend behind it, then I'd say you (or that person) has got some problems other then words and some fists need to be thrown asap.

No, stupidity offends me. That and people who think I owe them something. But then those two kind of go hand in hand.

I'm not offended by the word at all, as it's just a word. I am, however, offended by people who would wish to use it towards me in a negative manner.
