I post here because it's one of my favorite communities and I love it here not because of a custom title. It would be nice to see RossMAN with a joined date and that's it. Then the only way you're distinguished from other forum members is your join date and content of your posts.

I'm still the same RossMAN I was when I was made the transition from
Junior -> Senior -> Golden -> Platinum -> Diamond -> Elite -> Chief Ferengi -> Grand Nagus

I wish people could see my crappy user rating under my post count. Then they would know to just ignore the stupit sh!t I say instead of getting all heated about it.

Also, post count along with date joining is a great way to tell if you feel like reading some dude's long-ass post or not. I mean... i'm a lot more likely to read some guy's post that had a 300 post count that has been here since 1999 than some guy that has ~6000 posts that joined 4/3/2001..

Also, I'm a lot more likely to believe a person with 50,000,000 posts that has a special title has more holding in these forums than 'joe blow' with 5 posts.

If anything, we need more to differentiate ourselves.. custom emoticons.. more custom titles.. etc..
