besides, if i were to upgrade, i'd just go to the 800 mhz fsb board.

either that, or i'd go to an opteron or athlon mp system.

1 GB DDR main PC, 1 GB PC133 wife's PC, 512 DDR in nForce 1, 256 PC-100 in spare #1, 256 PC133 in spare #2, 256 PC133 in son's, 4GB or so of asst DIMM's on the shelf.

1.0 GB in my 2nd most powerful system (Athlon XP 1600+).
1.0 GB in my 3rd most powerful system (Athlon XP 1600+).
256 MB in my 4th most powerful system (Celeron 433 -- overclocked to 800, I think).
256 MB in my 5th most powerful system (AMD K6-3+/450).
256 MB in my 6th most powerful system (AMD K6-3/450).
192 MB in my 7th most powerful system (AMD K6-3/400).

Don't see a need to upgrade yet; according to gkrellm, I've got 250MB free, and I've got Overnet running, Mozilla and XMMS open, and something compiling.

512 ddr400 pc3200 kingston ram in dual channel (2 x 256 chips)
