Do you have any idea how clogged the courts would be? You're essentially saying that a serial child molester is less dangerous than a repeat drunk driver. Hell, they didn't even pursue the death penalty for OJ, and he killed two innocent people!

No, I support the death penalty for more than 2 instances of any serious crime actually.

Couple of times. Considering having one beer or a glass of wine legally puts me over the limit (I'm under 21). And when I do drive, that's all I have. Although, I've only been the designated driver about 2 times in the past year for my friends
