I've flown more times than I could tell you, including the one time I went to Chisinau.

I have flown countless times on commercial carriers in all classes from cattle car to business class to 1st class intercontinental flights (all I can say is wow is 1st class on JAL nice).

I have also flown on small private or charter planes from 2 to 12 seaters, helicopters, float planes and have a couple of hours behind the stick of a 4 seat cessna.

Lets see:

Countries visited by air:
Canada, Costa Rica, Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Amsterdam, Kuwait, Iraq(yeah non commercial)

States Visited by air:
North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Virginia, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Hawaii

I think that is about it. Didn't hurt that my mom worked for an airline so I traveled a lot as a child. Now I have a job that requires travel but to crappy places like DC and Norfolk, VA

I voted no on accident, for whatever reason I thought the question said "have you been a passenger on a cargo plane".

I've flown both commercial and general aviation.

I've flown in everything from commercial jets to private jets to single engine propellers. Even flew in a helicopter to survey a city Bush style...

maybe you caught me on an old twilight zone episode?
Capt. Kirk was the only passenger who could see me out the window, he fritzed out

It was also in the movie (with John Lithgow in the William Shatner role).

I haven't been on a plane since 1998. Until then, at least 20 times. Have stayed put in this city since then; wherever I've been since then, either driven there or taken a bus/train.
