Poll: Do you warm up the shower before you get in?

Unless it's summertime and it's hot (in which case I'm taking a COOL shower most likely), I don't want to stand in the cold-ass water while I wait for the hot water to make its way up from the basement.

I don't really need to. Hot water gets to my faucet pretty quick actually. By the time I turn on the faucet and pull the knob to turn on the shower, and step in, the water is warm.

Since it takes about 10 seconds for my shower to warm up, not really.
I usually take off clothes, turn on shower, get towel(s), get in shower.
By then, it's warm.

Heck yes. I turn the faucet on to full hot so it gets hot quickly and then turn it down to where it's comfortable. Takes so much less time doing that than waiting for it to get to where I want it if I just turn it on to the desired temperature.

always since i got a shock at uni....the shower at home is instantly warm, gettin a shower at 7am at uni i had to wait 5mins for it to get luke warm...and that was after i jus stepped in thinkin it was warm.

5mins shivering and no source of heat for 5 mins!
