I've lost weight recently cos I've been clinically depressed. I've also stopped eating meat pretty much all together (had like one chicken sandwich in the past month).
Thought things were going to be ok, but I've just lost my day job (tech support) and the girl who I really thought I might spend the rest of my life with has told me she doesn't love me!! So no doubt I shall continue to plumet to dangerously low levels.
Should probably head down to KFC and get a family size bucket for myself or somethingAny way, my BMI at the moment is 18.1

Nobody can gain 1.5 pounds of muscle a week for any sort of long period of time. However I could easily gain 1.5 pounds of fat a week if I wanted. That's not even 1000 calories a day above my break even. NO problem, baby! I maintain at about 2500. If I eat what I want when I want I generally end up eating 3500-4000, but if I try I can easily hit 5000.Originally posted by: CrazyDe1
For the guy who gains 1.5 lbs a week...
how the f*ck...
I've been lifting for 3 years and can't gain any weight...I'm growing in size and definition...doing like 8 reps...5 sets per exercise...I've done everything from going 5 days a week to every other day to going monday teusday thursday friday
that and I eat more than anyone you would ever imagine...most people eat a steak for dinner...I eat 3...
most people eat a sandwich I eat 4, a salad, an apple, an easy mac, a few slim jims, a pack of fruit snacks
most people split tuna helpers that serve for...I eat a whole thing in one sitting...I can't friggin gain weight...although I did all of a sudden jump up from 150-160 over the last month...that took 3 years...and it wasn't gradual...it was a sudden jump..

I used to scour the crap out of arnold's encyclopedia. A lot of it is grossly outdated now but it was still a good read for somebody who didn't know anything about working out when I started. My feeling is you either an edno or and endo-ecto mix which is why you think 1.5lbs a week is un-achivable.. Sorry but genetic do play a signifigant part to body type and achivable profile.
Well, let me clear some things: I've never claimed that I have fantastic eyes.
However, I have claimed to have a nice figure. Now, hon', don't be blaming me for you missing out when I finally reached a compromise and posted something of me. You had so many chances here at AT and at FW. You missed the chances to see what I looked like. Sorry. But you cannot fault me anymore. Yes, I have my concerns . . . besides something like what Skoorb said, I have my personal concerns for personal reasons. So, seeing all of me won't happen.
Besides, this is about guys, not gals!![]()
