I always hated those college desks!!!!
 
I bat and golf and do that kind of stuff lefty, and write with the right hand. I used to write with my left until 2nd or 3rd grade and then the teachers made me switch for some odd reason. Like it was easier for them to teach it or something.
 
You should change the title of the thread to "POLL: Lefty or Righty?" to get a more accurate representation.

Yes, I'm a lefty. I write and eat with my left hand - however, I play sports righty. So I am ambidextrous in a sense, however, usually when asking 'lefty or righty' it is in reference to hand writing.
 
Is it still called ambidextrous if you do

some things left handed only(write, eat)

but other things right handed only (bat, throw a ball) ?
 
I'm a lefty. I write and eat with my left hand aswell.

And yes, I loathe those college seats where the writing part is catered for the right handed fools! 😛
