I'm right handed, and my left hand is virtually useless. My wife is right handed. Her parents and grandparents are all right handed. Her brother is right handed. Same with my family. All grandparents, parents and siblings are right handed. Both my boys are left handed! 😕

I tried like hell to get both of them to at least use their right hand to write with. I said, "Go ahead and use either hand you want for everything else, but please try to write with the right hand." They couldn't, or wouldn't do it. Both of them have hand writing as bad as mine. Hey, they both managed to get by using the mouse with their right hand. The older one is very skilled at gaming that way. The younger, 11 year old, can kick my ass too, but I pretty much suck anyway.

Where do you guys buy decent left handed supplies for a fair price?

Yeah, there are a lot of "lefties" in here....

some things left handed only(write, eat)

but other things right handed only (bat, throw a ball) ?

Well most of us lefties leran to do almost everything with two hands becasue everything is right-handed.

I'm a lefty. I hated most of those college desks. In most classrooms at my school there was 1 lefthanded desk per row. From the back of the class, it was on the lefthand side.

I hate right handed scissors, can't make those work with either hand. I mouse right handed, I can't do it left handed. most Lefties seem to get along just fine without too much special stuff, left handed scissors were always nice when I was a kid.

Would it be possible to better this $22.95 price on these 8" bent handle scissors, or these $23.49 8",366005 "dressmaker" shears?

Wow lots of lefties around here. Including me🙂 I'm another of those that write and eat left handed, but do just about everything else right handed.

you may not even need special lefty scissors, I do just fine right now with scissors that work either way, what bothers me are that are made to only be used in the right hand. They make many that are "unihanded"? (like unisex) so you may not need to go out and spend extra money on special scissors.

Hmmm all my serious relationships have been with lefties, wonder if that means something?
