I have fasted for Lent, being Catholic and all. It works as advertised and strengthens the mind and will to avoid evil in this world and focus oneself on devotion to God.

Ironically I will be fasting on Tuesday for secular reasons but will take the occassion to offer my sacrifice to God.

Its not that people are anti religious, its that religion is outdated to cavemen.

They couldnt explain what the big yellow orb was in the sky, so they thought it was some god like entity. This IS the foundation of all religions today.

Science has taught us, that the sun is gases and shit. (i dont know im not a scientist) Kinda makes religion seem somehow... a waste of time.


Religion maintained that Earth was the center of the universe and jumped up and down when proved otherwise.

Now again in the modern world, stem cell research could save millions of lives, but is held back by people in robes and beards jumping up and down.
