I'm OFFENDED! 🙂

Are they LIVE pets or DEAD pets? Dead pets shouldn't be able to vote. Even I know that. 🙂

Update on my precinct's voting:

Huge turnout. At 6:35 a.m. we had 200+ people in line waiting to vote. Four years ago, we had about 20-30! The Republicans were there in big numbers this morning, but that is typical. They tend to vote early, but only once. 🙂

The Black and Hispanic vote is huge as well, but about 40% of my minority voters have already voted according to our numbers. This accounts for the early lead in Kerry's favor in Orlando and the rest of Florida.

Two of my Republican buddies started chanting "BULLET, BULLET, BULLET, BOB" when I rode up on my bike. That's my nickname, I'm embarrassed to admit. 🙂

We have NO Republican poll watcher at our poll. This is the first Presidential election we haven't had one. I have no clue why, except we have about 60% minorities in our community.

We DO have a Democratic Party LAWYER at our precinct. I immediately disliked him as he started pontificating like he was Caesar. Sheezh, no wonder people hate lawyers.... Anyway, no Republican lawyers. This is a small community of mostly rational people so I don't expect any challenges to be made.

My impression based upon this morning's brief setup (1.5 hours over there) is that this is going to be a huge undertaking and the RACE WILL BE CLOSE here. Closer than I thought.

I will try to update you and let you know if we have a major breakdown of any kind.

No sign of Osama at my polling place. I'm not laughing....

Kerry wins, much to my surprise.

We'll see....

I read a research paper yesterday that said 72% of undecideds vote for the challenger. Most of the polls are using a 2-1 ratio, which means support for Kerry is about .1% higher than predicted. Young voters are the big question mark. Will they vote or get laid on November 2, or will they MULTITASK? 🙂

I jsut saw that.... LANDSLIDE!

I just got a call from one of my volunteers. The Kerry people are passing out literature and the Republicans are saying it's illegal. They are wrong, but apparently they've called the police. I'm going to have to scoot over there. We have a 50 foot rule here. Poll watchers must be 50 feet from the nearest voting booth. My poll watchers are bout 150 feet away and they are passing literature out up to half a mile away, so I think this challenge will fail.

Electoral College: Kerry: 278 Bush: 252

other? that's over 100% as it is!

Oops... sorry, meant 48.3% for Bush... LOL.

Forgive me, I was using "Voodoo" mathematics.

Trends usually emerge early. Ther will probably be very little change over the course of the day in NH. Looks like 4 more years of Bush. The bright side? Democrats will win by a landslide next time, Bush will get the much deserved blame for a failed Iraq war. Of course that may not help with Bush's loading of the courts with SS shock troopers.

It's the Mason-Dixon Line all over again.

If Bush wins I predict it will be the start of Civil War II because the U.S. has a good chance of not surviving another 4 years of this Regime.

civil war? do you really believe that?

Actually, compared to the past, we are parrellling events that have brought civil war on in the past. And we are nearing hte end. Something has to be done or civil war may actually occur.

Wow, 50 people have voted in New Hampshire! The elections over!

Ok. Problem resolved at our precinct. Cops never came. Lawyer said it was ok to pass out literature more than 50 feet from voting booth.

My volunteers say voters are 2-1 in favor of Kerry in our precinct.

The larger towns in NH need to report before anyone jumps to conclusions. The Dem votes are in the cities. Don't even think about trends this early.

Absentee ballot count gives Bush a slim lead in Ohio:

http://www.megapundit.com/arch...ith-slim-lead-in-ohio/

Ohio?s Secretary of State is posting results of what I imagine are early votes and absentee ballots and so far President Bush is leading by the slimmest of margins:

Bush: 49.87% with 800,950 votes.
Kerry: 49.12% with 788,799 votes

Here's the Ohio SoS website, but it's Lewinskyized (it's been up and down all morning 😉 )

Gusty: They are handing out information about Kerry and asking while they are waiting in line. We are trying to get names as well so we know who we have to call to get their sorry a**es to the polls. Democrats are so bloody lazy....
For our precinct, these numbers are not unusual. We are a small white enclave of upper middle class homes surrounded by Section 8 housing and poorer neighborhoods within the Orlando City Limits.
So, we have lots of poor people voting in our precinct. I would not be surprised if it breaks 65/35.

Wow! Ohio is going to be a sqeeker I guess. I'm surprised. Ohio should be a slam dunk for any Republican. Shame, shame. 🙂
