Excellent. I recommend commendations for both of them for protecting the public from the next idiot that thinks twice before they pull that crap.

Heh I thought the first ~30 seconds were some weird time travel loop, a cop car stops at a light then follows a white explorer. Then it happens again.

When the motorcycle guy stops by a fence could the cops just have moved up and blocked him?

Shit, the second the guy drops to the ground the officer starts wailin' on him.

If the police have to come get you, they're bringing an ass kicking with it

This will not influence the decisions of others. A cop's job isn't to punish someone, especially once he was no longer a threat.

Not going to argue with you about two wrongs....

He earned an a** whipping. I do feel sorry for the taxpayers.

He earned an a** whipping.

Why? He didn't assault an officer. He didn't pull a weapon. He didn't show any sign of a threat. All he did was evade the police.

As you implying that anyone pulled over for speeding should have his ass kicked by the cops?

again... easiest way to stay from police brutality, DONT COMMIT A EMM-EFFIN CRIME.

Now remember the society is rapidly moving in a different direction. Illegal immigrants do whatever they want, drug lords openly threaten police chiefs, certain religious people are ready to kill who ever insults their god without fear of any consequence. Police too will eventually do whatever they want pretty soon, they will find a way to do things away from camera and find way to get out of these "prosecutions". So if you want to stay safe, its pretty easy, don't break they law.

Not as bad as it was made out to be to begin with. Seems them trying to cover it up only made it worse. But still bad.

1 If you did the same what would you expect to happen to you? A free snow cone?

2 You should watch the video before you post.

I would expect to be arrested and charged with whatever crime I commited.

I did. I was making a comparison because all he did was evade the police.
Your expectations might very well meet up with an a** whipping. Welcome to the real world.

Let me find you some nice videos of puds evading the police and the deadly consequences.

All he did?

He pulled over several times like he was going to stop for them, then took off again. He was playing a game with the cops and lost.

He was also driving recklessly putting others in danger.

Yup, nothing wrong.

Yea I kinda feel the same way. They didn't have to beat him like that. What we don't see is what happened off camera. You hear the guy saying please stop, so I assume they were beating him some more. The cover up is bad, especially the cop who turned away the dash cam. But in all fairness he ran, all because of a stupid traffic ticket. He didn't deserve that but he doesn't pay the ticket and then runs away on a motorcycle. He deserves some blame, but these beatings and assaults by police have to stop.

Wouldn't have been as big a deal if they hadn't redirected the dash cam and resumed the beating. The first officer seen hitting the guy with the batton has aready been fired as he had only been with the department 18mos and was already on probation. three others are on admin leave pending investigation and they have already annouced that charges will be filed against the officer who moved the dash cam.

And they have already interviewed the guy on the bike on our local channels, he wasn't seriously hurt but bruised up pretty good. Guessing he's got a payday coming if he chooses to pursue it.

I am heavily against police brutality, but after watching that video that guy deserved everything he got.
