Hardware & software evaluation, 4-8 way processors, etc..
Bloomberg/Reuters/Hyperfeed data feed

I can get a lot higher than 200k, im not a consultant, I work 8AM - 6PM regularly but sometimes upgrades will take me to 10PM - 12AM on certain nights.

Cough ... Cough ... B.S. Just don't get too used to making that much salary - if you actually do. Besides, it has not been my experience that companies tend to pay well over 100% the going rate of the market salary. Companies usually monitor the salary surveys quite well - and usually at best, you'll get 10 - 15% over the market rate.

I bet most of us have more education than the OP who started this "pole".

But anyway, where's the Associates Degree / Tech College option...

35K working as a data center tech.

graduated with a BA in English Lit.

But you can't attain PE unless you're educated. Besides, a degree is something that says you've done this and that and is recognized by a higher authority. Since getting your PE licensing is just that, why shouldn't it be entitled to be a part of the poll?

Went to community college first, got my associates. I'm working on my cs degree now, hopefully have it spring of 06. I'm a helpdesk monkey and retail worker while not at class.
