I would vote malt vinegar because I love it so much I could drink it, but it's not as versatile as mayo and not used on as many dishes as it, so I went with mayo. But I loves me some vinegar.
 
Because I can't choose between hot sauce, salsa, and malt vinegar in your poll, I must default to hot sauce.

Also, curry isn't really a condiment....
 
Hmm,
I think I like habanero or ghost pepper based hot sauces or chilli pastes the best. It can be something somewhat mild like El Yucateco red or green, somewhere in the middle like Blairs After Death Sauce, or can be stuff with a bit more intensity like Daves ...
 
Recently started just using hot sauces instead of ketchup for my fries. I still love all types of mustard..
