The discussion is about state registration requirements, not registration by a local school board. (Which carries no weight outside of that school board. It’s like voting for class president) Voter registration with any state is 100% proof of citizenship, without exception. Therefore ID is not required.

I think it's more than a mere coincidence that the Repub party and church memberships are both in decline. Given that conservative leaning politics have been so much more a part of the sermons being preached from the nation's pulpits, it seems to me the church's efforts at towing the corrupt conservative party line, including foolishly encouraging their support for Trump over the years as well as promoting his criminal attempts for being reelected has turned off many Christians to the point of losing their faith in their church leadership.

Methinks there are many Christians that remain faithful to God yet have rejected their churches agenda toward influencing their membership into supporting the Repub's treasonous efforts at holding on to power from a minority party status by violating any and all of the restraints they've encountered that's codified in our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.

The bolded part isn't quite true. Non-citizen school board election is done separately from citizen voting, according to CA's website covering this.

On Election Day, all polling places and voting centers are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Use the Non-Citizen Voter Portal or check to the back of your Voter Information Booklet to locate your assigned polling place.

Notice the non-citizen portal mentioned? Non-citizens are routed through a different voting area and are only offered the school board electors to vote for, not the entire ballot as you are claiming incorrectly.

If you are qualified to vote they are all on the same piece of paper. There is information on the voter rolls sent to polling places that tell the poll workers what ballot to give you. I have frequently voted at a polling place that serves two precincts and the determine which ballot you receive based on the information in the voter rolls. We don't all get the same ballot.
