I only have two problems. ROllow and Keys continously posting ATI bashing posts in Video. I think that that alone deserves a ban.
I am a constant supporter of Nvidia, and prefer Nvidia when buying video cards, but to see them constantly bashing ATI makes me feel like I have to defend them. There fanboyism is childish.
Ow ya I ignore morph's posts too.
I'd like you to show any posts of mine that has me bashing ATI. And they better be good.
You have done far worse than I could have with your malicious posts. You show me mine, and I'll show you yours. We will compare. Fair enough?

And while we're being neighborly, let's not taunt the NY Yankees (or whoever) next time they're in a slump.
Gosh, that'd be swell...

Not particularly relevant.
1) If you think someone is doing something ban-worthy, bring it up in FI or PM a moderator. Posting blatant personal attacks (in a thread asking people not to flame/troll, no less) is not a good approach.
2) You started it by claiming that Keys and Rollo "continously (sic) post ATI bashing posts". Burden of proof lies with the accuser and all that. If you don't have any evidence to back this up, then you're just trolling.

Then it shouldn't be very hard to find some incriminating ban-worthy posts by either or both of them, now should it?

If you don't think that they provoke people to start most of the problem threads around video, then thats your problem.

If you're going to sling personal attacks at other members and then refuse to back them up with more than handwaving and vague assertions of wrongdoing, then it's going to be the mods' problem.
This sort of stuff is a big part of why this forum has gotten so nasty lately. I'm getting pretty sick of it.

I actually read these forums quite regularly for about a year or so before I started posting. I think rollo can be annoying at times, but to be fair he does use good sources to back up his arguments.
Although out of interest, what was Rollo like during the R3xx vs NV3x period?
How do you figure they're doing so poorly? The x1800 was delayed, that's about as far as the comparison to the nv30 holds.
Also, while many nvidiots

I am not sure... We could run a VH1 Special "Before Rollo became a Star" or "The Early Years"... Or "Was Rollo really an nVidia supporter originally? The truth and more!"

Extremely late
Paper launched(launching with no product is a paper launch)
Extremely limited availability when the part starts shipping
Absolutely demolished by the best offering of the competition(SLId 7800GTX obliterate it)
Almost everything upto now in video cards has been paper launched
Limited availablity or extremely high demand
You are comparing a dual card solution to a single card
To really start comparing it to the NV30 you would also need the X1800XT to be cancelled (less than 100,000 produced) and an X1900 brought out with an overhauled architecture. This is not gonna happen.

That wasn't late.
That was just severely understocked.
