appopin, this is where we differ. You think that a person is totaly free from responsibility even if they "push" it to other people because the other people said yes. I think that because some people push, then they share in the fault of increased drug use. They bear some responsibility by going beyond just asking. At what point is the "pushing" irresponsible to you? is it at the point of cajoling? or how about intimidation? how about physicaly pushing a needle into a person's arm? You think that some levels of pushing drugs to others is acceptable and should not bear responsibility. I think that anything beyond asking a yes/no question needs to bear proper responsibility for spreading drug use.
