I can not see holding this thing for more than a few minutes.

Brilliant screen, good touch interface, typing on it was crap and without a cursor, productivity is basically zero. . . It was so awesome in how few ways I could imagine ever using it. ()

My opinion of it is that I would not mind using it if I got it for free but I would not pay for it. Think about it, it would be great to just toss on the couch for when you want internet but don't want to sit down at a computer. So it's mostly just a web browsing thing in other words.

That is my thoughts exactly. In which case, I'd perfer a full computer sitting by my TV and a cordless keyboard. Because, well, in my case my TV is in front of my couch already.

I used to carry a Toshiba Portege M200 tablet in my arm for several hours a day. That think weight 4.4lbs. It got heavy at times, but it was never that bad.

I would've loved to have a tablet that weighed 1.5 lbs at that time.

I don't like the iPad either, but to call it heavy is just silly.
