Probably your basic nacho cheese-type sauce, which you can buy canned or use sodium citrate to make yourself from real cheese.

A lookup said cheese, butter, milk IIRC. I don't think I'll bother. The video of the guy making it was fab. I really like watching pros prepare food.

This guy has a GREAT Youtube channel! Sort of an Andrew Zimmern "Bizarre Foods" type of channel, but more raw & direct. Not for the squeamish, but REALLY eye-opening into other cultures:

I appreciate loving in America so, so much...no bribes, no bartering safe, clean ingredients, etc.

I like those street food videos. Incredible displays of art, precision, and speed:

OMG, gotta go but will watch the rest later. Watched about 30% of first one, what a great restaurant! Delightful treats, skillfully made. Beautifully rendered video.

Woke up at 3am craving pizza, getting old is weird I guess lol. The Pizzazz tends to dry out the pizza, so I fired up my steam oven instead. Crust wasn't as crispy, but the pizza was nice & moist!

I recently learned that Aldi's makes their own ultra-filtered milk like Fairlife, $3.79 for 98g of protein is an INSANE deal @RossMAN. I like to do 2 cups (28g protein) with a good-flavored protein powder (Ryse strawberry tastes like strawberry Nesquik, 25g protein per scoop) in my Helimix shaker (helix design = no shaker ball required, easy to clean!) for a 58g protein shake that actually tastes good lol.

So an adult hi-protein strawberry Nesquik + supreme pizza for an early-morning breakfast, haha!

The wife was at a friend's last night so I had Jet's Pizza and didn't have to share any!

Given the other topics - we visited a Hawker hall in Singapore and had some amazing food there. Apparently the small spring roll shop we went to is on the Michelin guide

We are getting ready to make some pizza on this Saturday night! It all starts with fresh or homemade ingredients. Basil, oregano, and peppers are grown by us. The sauce is homemade and is from our homegrown tomatoes. The moz was freshly graded from the block. The dough is rising and it won't be long now!:D

Ham and pineapple is done. An abomination to pizza.....but it is kind of tasty.
