lets not forget to take into consideration he likely A) had a monitor on B) had a modem on C) possibly had a switch on D) had speakers on.... Man it all adds up. I figure with my 2 PCs running all-day every-day, I'm using about $9845094292.00 in power a month... yet those suckers at the power compnay only charge me like $150!!!! Stickin' it to the man!

The OP has a point though. Programming is hard friggin work, and the developers deserve to reap the fruits of thier labor. Tell your buddy to buy the game, if he likes it. I buy all of my games, and I only get games that I will "ACTUALLY" play.
