One of my co-workers decided to speed up and pass me on the right in a merge and then slow back down in front of me. I don't have a problem with passing me, but WTF do people think they must be in front if they are going to go slower anyway.

Anyway she was all upset I stuck to her bumper through the next two turns into the office and forced her to 20mph over the limit.

I simply told her she should have stayed behind me then.

Lol, I love this. The other day somebody did it, so I followed them closer than normal.

They then proceeded to switch lanes, fall back, and tailgate me. The highway then dropped to ONE LANE, meaning I had the asshole behind me with no way to pass.

Guess what I chose to do?

I don't tailgate, no matter how much someone has pissed me off as there is nothing that pisses me off more than being tailgated.

The horn/finger combo works better and is safer for everyone.

Actually about 1.2 on the skipad...no engine mods yet. My brakes however are more than oversized for the car and I am running decent rubber (GY asymmetric).

A friend of mine in college had a rather humorous way to deal with people tailgating. Some of you may know, burning ATF in an engine creates LOTS of white smoke... he rigged up an old windshield washer pump to pump ATF into his intake at the flick of a switch, sending up a smoke screen behind him.

I'm completely confused. Why would you be tailgating someone if you can just get in the other lane to pass them? If you can't get into the other lane to pass them (i.e. cars/medians on both sides of you), then how are you going to pass them when they do a brake check?

By all means, please answer this question since you are obviously the only person on this forum who "know(s) WTF they are doing", so we can all bow down and grovel before you.
