The guy is under investigation. He had a ticket the month prior that they put him on a payment plan even...his first check is listed as NSF with the county.

Didn't say I had lot's of tickets either...I haven't been in any accident for over 10 years and I drive constantly.

The 10 years was in response to that post....we covered that already.

Prior to THAT incident I had nothing for 10 years. The accident 10 years ago was someone running a red arrow in front of me and about 10 prior to that I was stopped at a red light and broad sided.

I did have one right prior to that one where I hit another car...I was going too fast and someone came out of a field. One last one was about couple months prior to that where two RX7's that were racing both rearended me when traffic merged to one lane from two and stopped. I was also driving a company truck at this same time and was involved in an pretty serious accident when the brake pedal literally fell off. I was not at fault for this as I had submitted a work order for this vehicle to be inspected and the office manager signed off on it without ever having the work done. These in this paragraph all happened when I was 18-19 years old.

You have my history now, jot it down.

Yeah... on a 65mpg highway I usually go about that. About 65-68mph in the right lane. Sometimes I'll go at 70. I'm not driving too slow. Sometimes there will be a pack of cars going at 75-80, in which case, I'll do the same... or I'm near the back, I'll let the 2,3 cars pass me and just fall behind for the sake of burning less fuel. I just try to move with the flow of traffic.

How do you know how I drive with the topic being about a lady who cut me off and me just going the speed I wanted?

BTW I wasn't tail gating her, she complied with accelerating. I ended up on her bumper during the turns and even then I probably gave her a good full second or so vs being nearly under her bumper.
