He officially declared to make around 200k euro/year extra from this consulting activities. One of the companies he was (is?) consulting for was a Ukrainian company. Verhofstadt is very pro-Ukraine. Including being a fanboy of the corrupt government in Kiev. And anti-Russia. Big surprise if you make 200k euro/year extra by being an errand-boy for the Ukraine. Another example is how Verhofstadt bought a house in Belgium, and got a $400K subsidy from the city to renovate his house. He's an extreme example of the hidden corruption in the EU. Fuck Verhofstadt.
