Schizophrenia, split personality disorder (DID), betrayal trauma, guilt and insecurity complex, witnessing their God blessed leader constantly making an embarrassing humiliating moron of himself, having mixed emotions about whether to be a closet racist or a full blown all-in-one KKK, Nazi, Supremacist-Isolationist-nationalist-anti-Semite, watching Trump take away their Medicaid, Medicare and other heretofore essential gov't provided services yet still remain loyal to that senile child molesting misogynist.
This is where the present day MAGAt exists and looking at how Trump is increasingly falling apart both mentally and physically, the chronic brain sprain they're getting from all that pretty much explains why they're constantly and inexplicably contradicting themselves, lashing out at the smallest of criticisms while totally ignoring and/or defending the violation of laws, rules and orderly social constructs by Trump and his stooges.
