I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't be able to find anyone else willing to pay 1/5 of the bills to share an apartment with 2 other people.

Ha if they get caught then you will go to jail. Who is going to pay for your house then, NO ONE! You will be someones bitch while they auction your house and belongings off. Here are your options

Option one: Call the police, get them out/arrested. SELL THE FVCKING HOUSE! You dont want them to know where you are living anyway. You can get a roomate or something while you are trying to sell the house.

Option two: Get fvcked over for sure. Any way you look at it the sh!t will come down and you will loose a lot if not everything. Lets say you get to pissd and fvck your sister up. Then she calls 5-0 and you get nailed. Or they get caught with the drugs, and your ass get nailed. Or the little sob decides to nail you.

Think you idiot THINK! Skrew what your sister/parents anyone thinks just get out of the situation.

The longer you wait the more SCREWED you will be. What happens when he gets busted for drug possession? The sister will turn it around on you. What happens when your sister and your nephew beat the sh!t out of you, you call the cops, and they turn it around on you? You're screwed. Kick them out, throw their sh!t completely out on the front lawn, change the locks, and tell them if they ever step foot on your property again they'll be arrested for trespassing. Yes I read every one of your responses. You're letting them walk all over you. You're their eternal doormat until you get them the fvck out of your house and out of your life. That's the only thing I can tell you. Not a single person here has really said "hey let them stay, it'll get better" - but you refuse to listen. You already have your mind made up or you're afraid to kick out your family. Bite the bullet and pull the trigger or you'll be sorry.

Just my two cents.

No matter what they are leaving as soon as possible. They are already on notice. And I can't evict them in florida without 3 months notice in Florida. 3 day evictions can only come after the 3 month one was finished.

You're worried about the law with such law-abiding citizens?

My question: what the hell are you doing letting them stay in your house? Get the the fvck out now...you have no reason to put up with that sh!t in your own home, end of story.

Edit: What ^they said...if you don't let the cops know about this, you're in their sh!t pit too. Do you really want to get in trouble for their fvckups?

I'm stuck, no money i need to replace them before they leave. I can't pay the morgage on my own. And no I don't. My sister is a really smooth talker and knows the law much better than I. She could have a cop calling flip around on me easily.

Your gonna be even MORE stuck with no money and your azz in jail, kiddo.

they will sell you out in a fvcking heartbeat and dont ever kid yourself different. You NEED... again NEED... to have it documented somewhere, what is going on (police, lawyer...someone). Otherwise, it is their word against yours, and since the house is in your name the buck stops with you.

You need to beat some azz, and get to the cops.

Pronto!

You ARE writing it off yourself, whichever way you choose. Take some responsibility for yourself. Go to the cops, get these jerks out of your house, and get a restraining order to keep them out. Then go talk to the bank, and make some arrangements to tide you over until you get some new renters. If you tell them what's happening before you miss a payment or two, they will be much more likely to work with you than when they find out later what happened. It really is that easy, if YOU choose not to complicate it.

Hmm sound to me like you are a coward.

I dont know your reason for not calling the cops, for most people its out of some misguided sense of loyalty.

I probably wouldnt call the cops if any of my family committed a crime against someone else or some victimless crime. However when your family members attack you they have betrayed you and deserve no loyalty.

If you dont call the cops and give them your side of the story then you will be fvcked when they find out what is going on at your house. Rat them out before they make up some bullshit about how you are the ringleader of thier drug dealing organization.

As for your sister attacking you, so you are afraid of a woman? You have the right to defend yourself if you are being attacked. Women or not.

I think that if they are using your home for criminal purposes, you would probably find a loophole in the laws for the 3 month rule.

Well here is a quick solution. Call the cops. They will be staying at an all payed for resort with free food sex and wieght rooms. And, most importantly, they will be out of YOUR HOUSE! If you really had your mind made up before you came into this thread why did you even post this?

It's possible right now. Dial 911. Every second you wait is a second you are at risk of going to jail!

SHUT UP! Call them for what? They can't and wont search my house if i asked them too. I've tried that before. There has to be a insodent and they have to get warrants to search. All evidence is thrown out if they dont have one.

this thread is pointless. the OP guy is obviously an idiot if he has to post about this, and then doesn't want to take any advice.

Idiot, they can search a house with reasonible belief that something is going on illeagel there. Call them for drug dealing. That is all you have to do. They will search the place and if they find so much as a bong with resin in it they are gone. Hell you could call the cops say you had the wrong number. They would come to your house and you could present them with a pipe bong or something saying you found it in there room. Dont give us this "i have no choice" bullsh!t, we dont buy it.

OK, what the fvck.

1. You come here asking for help, when you get it ask people to shut up? Right.
2. You call them for ASSULT! If not that, the massive amount of drugs that seem to be in your house. I'm sure if you called them and said "Hey guys, why don't you come check out this huge stash of weed my ABUSIVE sister and her son are storing my house" they would respond "no thanks, we'll wait for an incident."
3. If you had your might made up anyway, why the hell did you ask for advice? Let your balls crawl back up into hiding and stay your sister's bitch...whatever suits you, it's your life.

You need some professional help to help you deal with your feelings of helplessness, dependance, anger, and misplaced loyalty. If you have the energy to physically assault these people, maybe you have enough energy to get some kind of part-time job so you can pay some of your own bills. If you keep this up, you're going to end up putting someone in the hospital, claiming to be the victim the whole time. Come on! The only person who can make you a victim is yourself.
