They dont need a warrent if you consent to a search, how the fvck do you think so many people who have been pulled over for traffic violations get arrested for more. The cop asks "do you mind if I search your vehicle" and the person usually lets them, then the cop finds all kinds of other illegal things.
Thats all they need to do a search, your consent. If they dont have your consent then they would need a warrent.

Just recently my girlfriends dad started doing cocain again. Her sister called the cops. When they got there she said, Officer my dad has an 8ball of coke and i know where it is right now. Come inside and I will show you. The officer said he couldnt and even if he did its an Illegal search and siezure.

Usually it is best to not involve the cops, but if you are too much of a coward to deal with the situation yourself then I would think its the best solution for you.
Who owned the house? I doubt it was her sister. You cant just go on what people tell you. You NEED to find out for yourself.

Was your girlfriend living with your dad at the time? Was the cocaine in her fathers home? Was the father abusive or anything?
If not then I think your girlfriend was being disloyal for ratting out her own dad if he wasnt causing any trouble.
Unlike your situation where you refuse to rat out your disloyal family members.
BTW if the cocaine was in her fathers home the police would need his consent to search the house unless they got a warrent. She doesnt own the home so she cant consent to a search of it.

First, know where all the weapons in the house are, looks like you're not family anymore
Second, work some extra hours or something every week to pay the rent. Remember, you can probably refinance the house again for the same amount of years again, except now you have a smaller loan amount so monthly payments will go down.
Third, you are at risk living with them. I really wish you didn't live with them just for money, if it's that big of a problem, put the house up for sale and get an apartment.

No, sh1tty regs. I dont even know how much he is selling. It cant be much because he doesnt have much money. I think he buys a quarter at a time, then sells it. What really bothers me is that he might be getting it from his mom. Him disrespecting me is the bigger issue, if the small amount of weed they sell cant get my house taken.

You do need to get them out and do it the smart way. Research the Landlord/Tenant laws for Florida. When you give them their three month notice, do so in writing and send it registered mail. Start a notebook of all your conversations with your sister and her son. Cite your concerns. Make sure you date all of your notes. If documented clearly, this notebook is court admissable. You might also consider calling your mortgage company. If you have good standing with them, they might allow you to make one or two months payment on the interst due only. This may be enough of a break to get you by until you are able to find another renter. Also, it may sound scarey but you need to walk down to your local police station and discuss the matter with them. You have some valid concerns and they will be willing to help you if you are willing to help yourself. They may be able to guide you in the right direction and if the police eventually do become involved and your sister tries to turn this around on you, you will be in a better position to cover yourself.
