Seriously Dave, when was the last time you were right about something??
That question cannot be answered. "Last time" implies a "first time".

If the shooter intentionally targeted the federal judge then my opinin would be different and this would be a much bigger story. I think he just got shot bu accident and the shooter had no idea who he was.

Besides, my "definition" of a national tragedy would be a bus full of judges/lawyers going off the cliff with an empty seat on board. ;)
LOL Agree on the tragedy definition. I still think though that such a shooting calls for the President to address it - preferably without tee shirts and concessions and the pep rally atmosphere. But even the Messiah can't make people care more about the dead and wounded than about his rock star status.

Presidents have speechwriters, get over it. The speechwriters don't hand something to the President for him to read that's got nothing to do with the President. They write things that are reflecting his views and way of speaking. Many of JFK's best speeches were written by the outstanding Ted Sorensen, but if you read JFK's own writing and his edits to the speeches, they are also great and similar, Sorensen was writing like JFK.

Similarly, Presidents with some of the worst speeches had speechwriters, who also reflected the President.

George W. Bush didn't come up with the phrase 'Axis of Evil', two of his speechwriters did, but they did so reflecting him. Presidents get the blame or credit for the speeches.

Even a President like Reagan was greatly aided by his speechwriters, but deserves credit that their phrases had qualities of his. Presidents review and edit their speeches, as well.

So? My point still stands as written.

Face it, Liberals/Dems/Leftists will never see anything wrong with Obama and think anything he say is golden and a Burn on Republicans.
People with the ability to think and rationalize, think Obama's a fool most of the time and only occassionally has anything worth while to say.

Do you really believe anyone will ever take you seriously after you make statements like this?

Have you ever heard of the term "intellectual honesty"?

More so than your hero Bush?

Wow only a Messiah can do that.

Way way wayyyyyy too much FOX and Rush will make some folks say things like that. Especially those that want so bad to believe the lies, and cannot wait to get further intoxicated by sinking deeper and deeper into the cesspool of propaganda that FOX and Rush is so notorious for, no?

Amazing to read that kind of stuff, but equally amazing is how effective the FOX and Limbaugh indoctrination techniques are toward those that never bother to seek the truth, many out of laziness and ignorance, many others out of misguided fear that their hatred and bigotry are based on lies and deception.
